So you've arrived here on our website, and you want to know what this is all about. What is Actual Human? What do you guys do? Well, as you’ve probably read, Actual Human is a website where you can connect live, one-on-one, for undivided attention with a licensed or certified expert in a number of fields to get information and answers to your questions. We’ve created this service because we know that many times, when you try to reach someone online or by phone, you encounter chatbots, automated responses, or maybe salespeople trying to sell you something. Sometimes, you only get a receptionist who may not know much about the industry you’re calling about.

Why would you want to use this? If you have direct questions—interrogatories, for example—you can watch YouTube videos all day long for information about different subjects, but you can’t ask YouTube a question in real time, right? That’s where this platform comes in.

The big question on everybody’s mind is: Who am I actually talking to? Well, that’s me. My name is Dave Panelli. The reason you might want to talk to me is because of my licenses and certifications in several fields. If you have questions about construction, investigations, commercial insurance, mediation, vehicles, real estate, or other subjects, I personally have extensive knowledge, experience, and credentials in those areas.

Here’s an example of many of the licenses, certifications, and experience you can access by having a conversation with me. First, I am a licensed private investigator. If you have questions about asset concealment or cybersecurity, I’m also a licensed, certified cybersecurity agent. I am a licensed commercial insurance producer, so I can answer questions about insurance coverages, the risks involved in business, or even personal lines. Additionally, I’m a certified expert witness for document forensics, having testified in court on behalf of the federal government for many types of forensic analysis, data analysis, and document analysis.

I am a director in the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, a national organization, as well as a director of the state chapter. I also serve as vice president for various types of fraud cases, including Ponzi schemes and online fraud. I’ve been working in this field for over 20 years. Furthermore, I am a certified property title examiner, so I’m an expert on deeds, liens, mortgages, and real estate closings. I am also a licensed surety bond agent, meaning I can discuss contracts that require surety bonds in depth.

In addition, I am a certified civil litigation mediator. If you’re involved in a conflict—whether it’s a lawsuit or an argument with your neighbor about a fence—I mediate these types of cases and can provide one-on-one advice on resolving disputes. On top of that, I am a licensed building general contractor with specialties in plumbing and septic design.

Finally, my company and I hold many patents in technical developments, processes, and systems. If any of these subjects require a conversation with an expert, you can tap into my knowledge, ask questions, and get an expert opinion.
