Rising Lawsuits: Are More Patients Suing Medical Providers?

Okay, this is a very controversial subject, but a news article came out with a survey stating that more than half the people in the United States want to sue makers of certain pharmaceutical items because of injuries. This is a big change. A few years ago, these pharmaceutical products were very accepted and even celebrated. Nowadays, at least half the people are against them, saying, "Look, I've been injured, I've been damaged, and I want to get recovery from this."

I'm not sure what's going on in the market with this or in public opinion.

You will be back in your video in just a few seconds. In the meantime, remember that actualhuman.com offers you live, one-on-one private video consultations with an expert in this exact subject. We want to listen to your story, hear your questions, give you expert advisement on your options, and tell you what we know about your particular situation.

Now, back to your video. I'd like to hear from you in the comments—what do you think about this?

Do you believe that there is a legitimate claim against these makers of these products? Or do you think that this is maybe overblown in social circles? Is it just social contagion, where people are jumping on the bandwagon? Or are there legitimate injuries that happen? We're trying to get a sense of what people are thinking about this subject. You can put a note in the comments below to let us know what you think about this issue.
