So, here's an important question. Would you rather talk to an AI agent to do your client relations, customer service, or would you rather talk to an actual human? There's pros and cons to each one. An AI agent may be able to look up almost any information on the internet, any piece of data that's available, but they may not have the same conversational skills. And sometimes a client would rather talk to a real person than an AI machine or artificial intelligence. Which do you prefer?

And if you would rather talk to an actual human versus an AI agent, how do you go about doing that? Do the companies you do business with have a method where you can click over to a real person and have an actual human conversation versus an AI agent?

If you do prefer an AI agent, what are the advantages that you've seen in your experience? Many times we hear that sometimes the artificial intelligent agent can look things up instantly, where the human may have to get back to you. Sometimes an AI agent is instantly available, where there’s so many actual humans to go around. Real live people who answer the phones are limited.
