As usual, we're going to take a look at a series of properties that are all under $200,000 as deals on properties. But first, before we do that, let's take a look at what that means for a mortgage right now. According to the Google mortgage calculator, if you have a mortgage loan amount of $200,000, current rates are in the mid-7s. Right here, it's plugged in at about 7.5%, which gives you a mortgage payment of $1,400. So that kind of gives you an idea of what the payment might be on a house like this.

What is happening with the market in terms of values and prices with the decline in volume? First of all, here's an example from Sebring, Florida. All of these today come to you from Florida. It's a popular destination, and a lot of people want to move there. This one is a 2-1, 1,500 square foot house, so decent square footage but only two bedrooms. It actually has two baths, and from the outside, you can see it has a two-car garage and a decent front lawn. It’s priced at $175,000 in Sebring, Florida, which is up a little bit from the most southern part of Florida.

The next one on the list is in Tallahassee. This is a very popular town near large metropolitan centers. There are even some military bases nearby that a lot of people want to work at. This one is listed at $195,000 for a 4-2. It's a little bit bigger in terms of the number of bedrooms, but smaller in square footage. It still has a nice big front yard and a carport instead of a driveway. It is something that is still under the $200,000 price range.

Next, we go back to Sebring, and this one is a whole lot cheaper. It's listed at $169,000 for a 2-1, 1,100 square foot small house. It has outside parking, no carport or driveway, and still has the old awning windows, probably from the 1960s or 1970s when the house was built (it was built in 1960). It has clam shell shutters and looks like a cement tile roof, which is good. While this house is older, it has been remodeled with stainless steel appliances and laminate floors. It's not luxury, but at least it's something more updated compared to the older homes.

Last but not least is Ocala, a very popular town located in Horse Country, which is more rural and closer to Orlando. A lot of people like to live here if they have horses or prefer something more country. This one is all remodeled with a nice front yard and a little private backyard. The interior has fresh paint, new moldings, laminate floors, and the kitchen, while not luxury, looks new with wood cabinets and matching stainless steel appliances. The backsplash appears to be either tile or maybe metal. Here’s a look at the backyard, which is very private with a little palm tree. This house is priced at $180,000, and your mortgage would likely be closer to $1,000 a month.

So, again, here’s an example where you’re looking at a house at $180,000 in a very popular area of Florida. Stay tuned to our channel, subscribe, and like the video so you'll see when the next one comes out. This theme for today was Florida. In the next video, we’ll look at properties with more than five acres, so if you need a little more elbow room, that’ll be in the next video. We’ll see you on that channel!
